Brethren,
I, Jonathan Retiza Ugay, married, with one son, presently residing at #14 Cristobal St. Paco, Manila. Last year of July 15, 2008, my wife Maricris Garcia Ugay, was diagnosed with a known case of invasive ductal carcinoma, right, stage IIA(T2N0Mx), hence surgery was done on her right breast. After surgery she underwent adjuvant chemotherapy. Four cycles of chemotherapy have done. Months have past, she experienced difficulty in breathing, check-up and laboratory x-ray test have done. It found out that she has a Massive Pulmonary Metastasis (stage IV) and she was advice by the doctor to undergo a series of chemotherapy.
With these regards, I’m making an appeal to each and everyone of you, who has a big and generous heart, for a financial assistance that you could extend to us. The chemotherapy sessions would entail a big amount of money that I could not hardly afford to sustain. Your help would mean a lot to us and I would be very grateful for the rest of my life. And im pleading you to pray for her recovery. May the Good Lord give back to her healthy body. May God Bless you!
